Healthy Girl’s Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies For Everyone!

Are you craving flourless peanut butter cookies? Do you LOVE Peanut butter cookies, but avoid flour at all costs? (You don’t have to explain to me why – I live in LA – it’s normal.)


These delicious flourless peanut butter cookies were made with only 3 ingredients, give or take, (depends how much “love” you add). Try them out for yourself the next time you’re craving a healthy breakfast treat, late night snack, or peanut butter fix for any time of day – you’ll love it! There’s just the right amount of peanut buttery goodness to satisfy your heart’s desires.

Lisa’s Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipes yields 12 Cookies

Takes 20 minutes tops


Preheat oven to 350

Put on really good music

Do your thang

You will Need:

You may also need:

  • 1 handful Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Love

  • 1 Banana – for a chewier “breakfastier” flavor

Steps to Make Your Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies:

Alright so now all you have to do is mix your 3 main ingredients together in a bowl with a fork to combine. Add in your banana and cinnamon if you so choose.

Use your hands to ball them into ping-pong ball sized clusters and space out on a baking sheet. Note – the PB and greek yogurt get pretty gloopy and sticky. By all means lick your hands when you’re done. You can do this guilt-free because there is no salmonella to worry about. (salmonella comes from uncooked eggs – but we didn’t use any of those did we!?)

Put them in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when they look like the normal consistency of cookies. They will be golden brown on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside.

Once you take them out, add your chocolate chips. I like to poke them into the soft dough and watch them melt. If you combined them into your dough at the beginning that’s fine too. It’s just chocolate, you can’t go wrong with chocolate.
